Groundwork Richmond works in partnership with the City of Richmond and the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire to deliver environmental benefits in low income neighborhoods with our high school aged green team, and our transitional aged job training program, the green corps. Our unique programs develop local community parks, lead all city reforestation efforts and are leading a first of its kind citizen science air quality monitoring project in partnership with the California Air Resources Board.
