THE ORGANIZATION'S OUTREACH INTERACTIONS INCLUDE ENROLLMENTS, EDUCATION, NEWSLETTERS, MAKING REFERRALS AND PEER CONNECTIONS, SETTING UP ACTIVITIES, AND CHECKING IN ON THEM TO SEE HOW THINGS ARE GOING. IN 2024, THE ORGANIZATION HAD 34,442 CASE MANAGEMENT AND OUTREACH INTERACTIONS.
