The Medical Equipment Division (RSVP MED) provides new and recycled durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies to individuals with disabilities in the Houston community that do not have access or funding for it. These items are provided free of charge. This year RSVP donated 671 items, including: 47 manual wheelchairs, 1 power wheelchair, 8 wheelchair cushions, 65 walkers, 77 pieces of bathroom equipment, 2 patient lifts, 433 incontinence items, and 38 miscellaneous items, to approximately 450 individuals in the Houston community.

The pediatric subdivision of RSVP MED, provides recycled durable medical equipment (DME) to children with disabilities in the Houston community that do not have access or funding for it. This equipment is provided free of charge. This year RSVP donated 2 pediatric manual wheelchair and 1 adaptive stroller, 1 gait trainer, 1 standing frame, 1 electric patient lift ,and 1 pair of crutches.

The Clinic Division is dedicated to providing outpatient rehabilitation to individuals with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and limb amputation. Services include medical care, nursing care, pharmacist evaluation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, neuro-psychological evaluation, and chaplaincy services. Services are free for individuals that are uninsured or under-insured. In 2023, RSVP had 360 devoted volunteers and provided medical and therapy services for 177 Individuals with disabilities.
