Our largest program is our prevention and diversion programs, which work to stabilize current housing if deemed safe and appropriate. If the current housing is not safe and appropriate, we work to relocate the family. Our goal is to help the family secure stable, safe housing in order to avoid the shelter system or the experience of unsheltered living. In 2024, we served 205 unique individuals,,123 children, and 63 families.
