2024 CONTINUED TO ATTRACT VISITORS FROM AROUND THE WORLD. 22,641 VISITORS CAME TO THE SHRINE IN 2024. THIS IS AN INCREASE OF 16% OVER 2023. EVERY CATEGORY OF VISITS INCREASED I.E. MASS ATTENDANCE, ADORATION, VISITORS, HOWEVER, OUR LARGEST AREA OF GROWTH CAME FROM OUR TOURS, WHICH INCREASED BY 36%. WE HOSTED OUR ANNUAL BENEFIT EVENT, THE FIRST ONE IN OVER THREE YEARS. 135 PEOPLE ATTENDED AN EVENING OF FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDED BY ANNA BELAVAL, WGN-TV PERSONALITY AT THE DRIEHAUS MUSEUM IN CHICAGO, IL. THE SHRINE CONTINUES TO OFFER MASS OF PEACE ON THURSDAYS AT 6PM, SATURDAYS AT 4PM AND SUNDAYS AT 10AM. IN ADDITION, MASSES ARE HELD ON THE 1ST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH AND MOST HOLY DAYS OF OBLIGATION. WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH THE CONGREGATION OF OUR LADY OF THE CENACLE, WHERE WE OFFERED EVERY 1ST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH, A MORNING OF PRAYER AND RETREAT LED BY THE CENACLE SISTERS, FOLLOWED BY MASS.OTHER SIGNIFICANT DATES OF WORSHIP WERE SACRED HEART OF JESUS (JUNE 7) WHERE THE MISSIONARY SISTERS OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS (MSC) RENEW THEIR VOWS, MOTHER CABRINI'S BIRTHDAY (JULY 15), MOTHER CABRINI'S FEAST DAY (NOVEMBER 15)
