STUDENTS LEARN THE DISCIPLINE OF BALLET AND ADHERE TO STRICT POLICIES IN BOTH TECHNIQUE AND APPLICATION OF THE BALLET THEY LEARN, AND ALSO TO SCHOOL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.STUDENTS ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM FOR LECTURE/DEMOS IN THE COMMUNITY, TO PERFORM IN COMMUNITY EVENTS INCLUDING STREET FAIRS AND FESTIVALS, PARK FESTIVALS, LIBRARY DEMOS, TO PERFORM TO RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY AND ANNUAL END-OF-YEAR PERFORMANCES. STUDENTS LEARN NEW CHOREGRAPHY TO A HISTORICAL BALLET OF NOTE EACH YEAR AND THE PAST REPERTOIRE INCLUDES: THE FIREBIRD,CINDERELLA,A MIDSUMMER'S EVE,LA BAYADERE,GISELLE,LES SYLPHIDES AND OTHERS.
