Street Fraternity is located one block from the most violent intersection in Colorado. We offer the young men in the area a place of refuge from this violence as well as a space to find brotherhood and personal growth. Our programs are participant-led and demand driven; they include: a gym, library, meditation/quiet room, basketball team, game room, ping pong room, talking/healing circles, dining room, recording studio, self-defense training, and kitchen. We serve free food to both our participants and the broader community on East Colfax. In 2024 we provided approximately 250 warm meals per night to the broader community from Monday through Thursday. We also distributed food packages every Thursday morning to 250-300 people.
