MEMBER INSTITUTIONS ARE COMMITTED TO ENHANCING OUR EDUCATIONAL MISSIONS THROUGH MUTUAL COOPERATION, AND ARE COMMITTED TO RULES COMPLIANCE, RESPECT, AND FAIR COMPETITION.
