Healing: Provide surgical operations and medical care to those who need it, how have limited or no access to it and cannot afford it. Mission to Heal Visited Africa and provided care until March of 2020 when COVID restrictions forced volunteers to leave and return to USA. M2H was forced to discontinue the medical missions for the remainder of 2020. Transformational Learning: We equip medical professionals with the heart and hands to function in needy and poorly-resourced conditions. Many volunteers including medical students, medical professionals and aspiring health care workers participate in mission to heal missions. Creating a Sustainable Healthcare Legacy: We equip locals to provide the medical care so that the community attains a greater degree of self-sufficiency. Mission to Heal taught tutorials and unique types of procedures to indigenous caregivers in the communities where they are served.
