THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION ARE THE ENHANCMENT OF THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH SRS DISTRIBUTION INC OPERATES, THROUGH THE ORGANIZED SOLICITATION AND COLLECTION FOR DISTRIBUTIONS THROUGH GIFTS AND GRANTS TO, AND AGREEMENTS WITH, ELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE DIRECT HUMAN, HEALTH, AND WELFARE SERVICES.
