DURING 2024, THE WISCONSIN LGBT CHAMBER ACCOMPLISHED ITS GOAL TO CREATE A MORE INCLUSIVE ECONOMY BY EXPANDING AND STRENGTHENING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR MEMBERS STATEWIDE. THIS INCLUDED GROWING OUR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OFFERINGS, SUCH AS LAUNCHING A NEW VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL SERIES, AND ENHANCING SIGNATURE PROGRAMS LIKE THE BUSINESS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY, LGBTQ WORKPLACE ALLIANCE, AND ENTREPRENEUR BOOTCAMP, WHICH HOSTED ADDITIONAL TRAININGS AROUND THE STATE. THE CHAMBER INCREASED CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT AROUND SUPPLIER DIVERSITY AND WORKED TO PROMOTE THE LGBTE CERTIFICATION TO BUSINESSES AND HELPED OPEN PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES. THE CHAMBER HOSTED NUMEROUS EVENTS TO FOSTER CONNECTION AND ENDED THE YEAR WITH 667 BUSINESS MEMBERS.
