Ladies Learning to Lead- L3 prepares young ladies in middle and high school for college, careers, and life. In 2024 Our programing served clients in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. Ladies of Resilience Career Mentoring Program served 201 enrolled mentees. Over 1,000 mentoring hours. 92% of enrolled mentees successfully completed the program and reported increased financial literacy. The Statewide Annual Leadership conference (prevention and academic readiness training) served 86 scholars from Florida and Georgia. Regional workshops throughout the state served as community outreach & mentee enrichment events. Each region hosted Dress for Success, Financial Wellness, and Enriching Cultural Experience workshops.
