IN ADDITION, THE COMPANY SHALL PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE HOSPITAL WHICH INCLUDE PROVIDING SERVICES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE STANDARDS AND QUALITY OF HEALTH CARE AVAILABLE TO THE RESIDENTS OF MADISON COUNTY AND OTHER AREAS SERVED BY THE HOSPITAL, AND PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE OVERALL HEALTH OF, AND TO OTHERWISE MEET THE MEDICAL CARE NEEDS OF, THE COMMUNITY. THE COMPANY SHALL PURSUE SUCH PURPOSES, IN PART, BY INCLUDING AMONG ITS PATIENTS, MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PATIENTS AND THOSE WHO ARE UNDER OR UNINSURED. SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY SHALL ENGAGE IN ANY LAWFUL ACT OR ACTIVITY PERMITTED FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES NOW OR HEREAFTER CONFERRED UNDER THE ACT.
