In 2024, Jubilee Home provided reentry supportive services to 19 residents and over 50 community members. These reentry supports focus on the nine dimensions of wellness, and work to support the whole person as they move from incarceration to independence. In 2024, for the first time ever, 100% of residents were able to obtain employment! Our Peer Navigation team worked hard to support residents with their linkages to care including find primary care physicians, mental health and substance use disorder supports, job readiness training, interpersonal skills development, financial and computer literacy, and finally transition into independent housing.

In 2024, Jubilee Home provided housing for 19 individuals and engaged in supportive services with over 50 community members beyond residents. Of the 19 residents, 5 lived in permanent supportive housing, and 14 lived in transitional housing. In our transitional living space, 8 individuals came directly from incarceration, while 6 came from rehabilitation facilities or community referrals. We also purchased a property that will become another residence in 2025.
