Housing Justice and Advocacy:Organized neighbors to oversee a community landbank that has created over 50 units of housing. ;collaborated to complete emergency and comprehensive home repairs for a dozen elderly residents; carried out another year of a successful property tax mitigation program for 43 low-moderate income residents- including assisting folks with back-taxes; advocated and sustained property valuation reform, advocating Orange County municipal leadership to retain their annual property tax assistance program; collaborated with housing agencies to create 7 units of affordable housing; coordinated wills clinics and home preservation workshops for75 elderly households; trained and supervised 350 volunteers for atotal of 6400 total hours of engaged service, including supportingweekly food box delivery program that delivered 2800 boxes of food thismobilized a Student Leadership Group and a dozen otherstudent leaders to connect student and long-term residents throughengagement efforts, including organizing monthly neighborhood block parties and events

Neighborhood Events, Exhibits, and Oral History: Produced and delivered free community newspaper to 850+households each month; celebrated second anniversary of From The RockWall-a community owned oral history commons holding over 400 oralhistory interviews, thousands of photographs, and space for thecommunity to add and preserve it's history; conducted and processedoral history interviews to be added to the From the Rock Wallwebsite- launched to Builders Gateway oral history interview and community design process ; renewed large scale Northside Festival celebration for 300 residents.
