YOUTH LEAVE OUR PROGRAMS WITH KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS THAT WILL SERVE THEM. SOME WILL SUCCESSFULLY ENTER THE GREEN WORKFORCE, AND OVER TIME, MOVE INTO NEW OR ADVANCED ROLES.
