THE ORGANIZATION IS COMPOSED SOLELY OF VOLUNTEERS WHO, AS TRAINED AND CERTIFIED FIRE FIGHTERS, RESPOND TO NOTIFICATIONS PROVIDED BY EMERGENCY SERVICES AND OTHERS BY "ALARM, OR TELEPHONE OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER" TO "DILIGENTLY AND IN EVERYWAY REASONABLY SUGGESTED TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE AND TO SAVE LIFE AND PROPERTY IN CONNECTION THEREIN."
