STEAM (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ART & MATHEMATICS) BROOK KNOLL EAGLE CONNECTION PROVIDED FUNDS TO PAY FOR PROGAMS THAT SUPPORT STUDENTS' LEARNING IN THE ABOVE AREAS. ONE EXAMPLE OF A BKEC FUNDED PROGRAM IS THE SCHOOL KNOLL GARDEN PROGRAM WHICH TEACHES CHILDREN OF ALL GRADES TO DEEPEN THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF SCIENCE, WITH STANDARDS BASED CURRICULUM DESIGNED AND RUN BY THE GARDEN AIDE, BY UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS OF GROWING HEALTHY FOODS AND RECOGNIZING ENVIORNMENTAL STEWARDSHIP. ANOTHER PROGRAM BKEC FUNDED WAS ART IN ACTION WHICH IS A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES TEACHERS WITH BOTH INSTRUCTIONS AND MATERIALS TO RUN AN ART PROGRAM IN THEIR OWN CLASSROOM. BKEC ALSO USED FUNDS TO ENHANCE THE ART PROGRAM WITH A CLAY AIDE AND PROGRAM FOR ALL GRADE LEVELS.
