In-School Accomplishments:WR Arts maintained programming in 4 local schools: PS 31, PS 34, and PS 110, and PS 157 providing performing arts enrichment to Pre-K through 5th grade aged students 3 - 5 days a week. Overall enrollment in our In School program grew with our average number of unique enrollments growing to 106 students; 2022 average number of unique enrollments: 80 students.Partnered Programing:WR Arts partnered with Williamsburg Northside school to provide afternoon dance programing 1 -2 days a week, January 2023 through May 2023.WR Arts partnered with The PLAY Lab to provide daytime dance programing 1 -2 days a week, June - August 2023StudioAccomplishments:WR Arts continued in-studio programing with our Winter/ Spring 2023 session, running January through June 2023 and Fall session, September 2023 through January 2024. In May 2023, WR Arts hosted our end of year performances at The Center for Performance Research welcoming 200 guests and hosted a separate Drama and Musical Theater performance in-studio, welcoming 75 - 80 guests. WR Arts ended 2023 with rehearsal preparation for our April 2024 return to Barclays Center Pre-Game performance and scouting the neighborhood for a larger studio location.WR Arts board agreed to implement a pay raise for WR Arts Executive Director to $30/hr in 2023 followedby a pay rate increase of 3-5% annually beginning in 2024/2025. This change in rate went into effect September 2023. WR Arts welcomed Laura Riveros Sefair back to the team, returning as In-School Program Manager.
