IT IS HOPED THAT WITH INCREASED ACTIVITY AT THE FAIRGROUND, OTHER YOUTH NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE FAIR WILL TAKE NOTICE AND CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE. THE ASSOCIATION'S INTENTION IS TO GIVE THE YOUTH OF HOT SPRING COUNTY HEALTHY AND ENTERTAINING OPTIONS FOR WAYS TO SPEND THEIR FREE TIME TO DISCOURAGE BAD BEHAVIOR AND JUVENILE DELINQUENCY.
