To direct the creation of the Organization Policies of the Professional Staff. To initiate and maintain rules and regulations for self-governance of the Professional Staff and to provide a means whereby issues concerning the Professional Staff and the Medical Executive Officer of the Medical Center may be discussed by the Professional Staff with the Governing Board and the Chief Executive Officer of the Medical Center.
