WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE OR RAISE RANSOMS, AND ARE NOT INVOLVED IN RESCUE ATTEMPTS. WE CANNOT HELP TO BRING A LOVED ONE HOME, BUT WE CAN MAKE A TERRIBLE SITUATION MORE BEARABLE.
