Good Seed (GS) serviced over 150 TAY in 2024, and provided quality Enhanced Specialized Emergency Housing and Employment Services for Transition Age Youth (TAY) throughout Los Angeles County. In 2016(GS)developed membership relationships with US Green Building Council, NAMI, NAHB, BIA, and California Straw Building Assn. Also, GS joined the Steering Committee of Los Angeles Coalition to End Youth Homelessness. GS provided the following services to TAY: Supportive case mgmt. and employment, job training, access to supportive housing, and other housing solutions such as permanent affordable housing, independent living and other long term housing programs; referrals to linkages and local resources and supports; enhanced assistance, case management, individual assessments, development of an individual development plan, access and referrals to mental health services, education and prevention activities, crisis intervention and follow-up support.
