A Vibe Called Rest: In honor of BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month The T.R.U.T.H. Project Inc. presented this transformative event dedicated to highlighting the importance of rest and mental emotional wellness for queer BIPOC and their allies. While advocating for mental health and wellness within these marginalized communities over 80 attendees enjoyed a day of education healing and community building which made it an essential occasion for holistic well-being.

Retreat: This weekend retreat north of Houston served as an extension of P.L.U.S. United by focusing on the well-being of black men aging with HIV. 6 individuals from Houston enjoyed a weekend of intentional yet informal dialogue and rest. A licensed professional counselor was always on hand should additional support be required. Meals lodging pampering and recreation were provided at no charge to attendees.
