BMe Community is ranked top by The Bridgespan Group for how it builds leadership communities that positively impact leaders, communities, and systems. Foundations and corporations fund BMe to run charitable leadership retreats, engagement programs, summits and training but BMe is not an events company. Instead, BMe uses cognitive and social psychology to build ultra-high impact leadership communities through those services.Since its founding in 2013, participants in BMe-run programs report that BMe is incredibly effective at building trust between them, 100% collaborate, and 88% achieve greater impact while improving their own health and wellness. BMe also teaches the breakthrough social psychology framework called Asset-Framing which has been key to historic fundraising and systems-changing successes including marriage equality, the expansion of voting rights, human rights, educational and economic opportunity. Asset-Framing succeeds where traditional approaches fail because it shows leaders how to appeal to people of all parties and races without compromising anyones values. BMe builds ultra-high impact Leadership Communities.
