The relocation of business to the Laredo and surrounding areas and/or the growth of local businesses will help accomplish the Corporation's charitable goals of improving an Economically Distressed Area by providing relief of community deterioration and relief of the poor and distressed through increased employment opportunities and increased per capita income by the business assisted.
