Studies in Philology (SiP) had one program during the fiscal year: the creation and production of our scholarly journal in four issues comprising hundreds of pages of the finest scholarly work on literary and intellectual history. This continues our work over a century of being a leader in humanities scholarship. In FY25, Studies in Philology supported advanced research in the fields that the journal covers by awarding two research travel fellowships to doctoral students in English literature; these scholars conducted research in the United Kingdom and the USA. In addition, we celebrated excellence in research by awarding an annual prize for the best essay in the journal.
