INSPIRED BY THEIR INTENSE JOURNEY AT ABINGTON HOSPITALS NICU, MARTHA AND PAUL SHARKEY FOUNDED THE ORGANIZATION TO ADDRESS THE SIGNIFICANT GAPS IN CARE THAT NICU FAMILIES EXPERIENCE. TIAGD DELIVERS ITS SERVICES DIRECTLY TO NICU FAMILIES ACROSS SEVEN STATES, SUPPORTING THOSE ADMITTED TO 23 HOSPITAL NICUS AND IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OVER 100 COMMUNITY AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. WE OFFER COMPREHENSIVE, HOLISTIC AND TAILORED CARE, STRENGTHENING EACH FAMILYS ABILITY TO THRIVE THROUGH AND BEYOND THEIR NICU STAY. SERVICES INCLUDE CARE PACKAGES, VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON RESOURCES, AND EXPERIENCED GUIDANCE AND PERSONALIZED SUPPORT FROM THE ORGANIZATIONS NICU FAMILY ADVOCATES. I
