WE SUPPORT THESE PRINICPLES BY IMPROVING INDIVIDUAL SKILLS THROUGH STRUCTURED PRACTICE SESSIONS, INCREASING THE TACTICAL ELEMENT OF TEAM PLAY, AND PERFORMING ON A HIGHLY COMPETITIVE, AGE APPROPRIATE LEVEL.
