US Professional Development. In 2024 we hosted an open Teacher Trip to Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala, with nine educators who, between them, teach 510 students during the school year from around the US who were immersed in rural, Indigenous culture at a local school to support them to build their global context and increase their worldview of the classroom. We continued our partnership with the Wisconsin Math Council, aiming for bi-annual trips, the next one in 2025, with a visit from our team to the Wisconsin Math Council annual conference to present our work to their community and plan the program for the following year. We worked extensively with faculty from the University of Maryland's Education Department to plan and develop a joint study abroad program to the Galapagos Islands, which will be delivered in 2025.

International Professional Development. In 2024, our programs continued to evolve, and we offered in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs for greater access and reach. We ran a total of 15 programs, working directly with 1170 K-12 international teachers and 754 students and indirectly reaching over 19,930 students. Our flagship programs - MathMobile and Girls STEM Club - grew to three new locations (Solola (Guatemala), Amazonia, and Azogues (Ecuador) and allowed us to continue deepening the professional development work we do with teachers and advance in our theory of change and program model to progress teachers from "Learn" to "Apply." Additionally, our bi-annual virtual program, Math Marathon, continues to grow its audience and reach more teachers and, in 2024, saw its first hybrid iteration in partnership with the National University for Education in Ecuador [Universidad Nacional de Educación (UNAE)].

Community Outreach. Our international and national community outreach efforts connected with teachers across the globe through our bilingual Global Math Stories (GMS) website and by participating in conferences in the US and Australia. We presented our unique educational content at two conferences with a reach of over 3,000 educators. Our celebration of International Math Day continues to grow as an opportunity to highlight real-world math both within our programs and the community, reaching almost 60 teachers. It is becoming a cornerstone event in our annual outreach calendar, focused on sharing free resources such as an extended Global Math Story for teachers and students
