PATIENTS RECEIVING TREATMENT FOR PANCREATIC CANCER ARE ELIGIBLE FOR HELP TO RELIEVE FINANCIALLY STRESSFUL TIMES. DURING 2024, BRIDGE OF WINGS SERVED 70 PATIENTS EACH MONTH, UNTIL THEY NO LONGER NEEDED ASSISTANCE. 155+ PATIENTS WERE ASSISTED BY THE PROGRAM. PATIENTS DROVE OVER 137,000 MILES TO TREATMENT USING GAS GIFT CARDS FROM THE PROGRAM. CONTINUED PARTNERSHIP WITH DR. ANDREW PAGE WITH PIEDMONT HEALTH IN ATLANTA TO DEVELOP, FACILITATE, AND PROVIDE THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE NANCY LYLE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM. TRAIN AND MONITOR CAREGIVER AND PATIENT AMBASSADORS. FACILITATED ALL PATIENT AND CAREGIVER SESSIONS. IN 2024, WE ADDED AN ADDITIONAL PATIENT SUPPORT PROGRAM, THRIVE TOGETHER. THIS CALL ASSISTS ON AVERAGE OVER 20 PATIENTS TWICE A MONTH WITH SUPPORT AROUND NUTRITION, MENTAL HEALTH, SYMPTOM MONITORING, ETC.
