HOUSING DEVELOPMENT- WE WORK TO EXPAND THE AVAILABILITY OF AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE, AND INCLUSIVE HOUSING IN CENTRAL OHIO FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, OLDER ADULTS, AND FAMILIES/INDIVIDUALS. DURING THE YEAR, WE ADVANCED OUR FIRST AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT THROUGH KEY PREDEVELOPMENT MILESTONES, INCLUDING ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW, COMMUNITY OUTREACH, AND SECURING INITIAL FUNDING COMMITMENTS. THESE EFFORTS POSITION US TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION IN SUMMER 2026.
