UNITE THE WORKERS WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION IN A SINGLE COHESIVE LABOR UNION FOR PURPOSES OF COLLECTIVE EFFORTS AND ADVANCING THE INTERESTS OF WORKERS. IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF THE WORKERS THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING WITH THEIR EMPLOYER WITH RESPECT TO WAGES, HOURS, WORKING CONDITIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.

During the calendar year 2023, FPSE was granted exclusive representation for Bear Valley Community Service District employees and entered into collective bargaining negotiations. FPSE hosted a series of townhall meetings with local and state officials regarding public employees' issues. We held celebratory events recognizing the work of our members employed in public schools.
