Afterschool Program - Serviced over 300 kids year round.Family Support Groups and Programs - Serviced over 200 FamiliesLife Skill Training and Education Community ServicesThe Brevard Reentry Portal/The REENTRY Center of Brevard provides people who are moderate-to-high risk of recidivating based on FDCs CINAS Risk-Needs Assessment with pre-and post-release reentry services to assist in their transition back into the community after a period of incarceration. These reentry services are completed in collaboration with FDC. This report only includes the Brevard Reentry Portal/The REENTRY Center of Brevard clients in or exiting a FDC facility, per the FDC Purchase Order.
