MEMBERSHIP PROVIDES FOR FULL ACCESS TO STATE OF THE ART TRAINING AND WORKOUT FACILITIES ALONG WITH ACCESS TO COACHES, TRAINERS AND MENTORS TO MAXIMIZE THE ATHLETIC POTENTIAL OF THE INDIVIDUAL, INSTILL DISCIPLINED PRACTICES AND INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR OPPORTUNITIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS BASED ON ATHLETIC ABILITY. YOUTH WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS WILL BE AVAILABLE USING TOP RANKED NATIONAL COACHES AND TEACHERS TO HELP PARTICIPATING YOUTH MAXIMIZE THEIR POTENTIAL. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNABLE TO PAY, HOWEVER, NO PERSON IS TURNED AWAY BASED ON THE INABILITY TO PAY THE NECESSARY FEES. MUSIC AND OTHER ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS WILL BE PROVIDED TO WORK IN TANDEM WITH THE ATHLETIC PROGRAMS TO INCREASE CRITICAL MENTAL SKILLS AND PROMOTE A WELL-ROUNDED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND TO FURTHER INCREASE THE PARTICIPANT'S ABILITIES TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND STRONG BACKGROUND FOR A PRODUCTIVE LIFE. MENTORING AND COACHING - PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAMS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTINUE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR MENTORS AFTER BEGINNING A POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION. THE TRANSITION TO A LESS STRUCTURED AND DISCIPLINED ENVIRONMENT, SUCH AS COLLEGE, IS A CRITICAL TIME TO MAINTAIN THESE RELATIONSHIPS AND KEEP THE FOCUS TO COMPLETE THEIR EDUCATION AND ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.
