Engagement includes interactive/experiential learning and self-reflection. 12 individuals paticipated in the Purpose of Wellness for Her (POW-Her)- A series of workshops designed for young women that explores the six dimensions of wellness through a lens of equity and inclusion. Participants are guided through a wellness self-assessment which is followed by workshops that provide participants with information and skills to enhance their individual level of wellness. 40 participants in the mentoring program match young women with professionals to provide practical and important skills to achieve their occupational and career goals. 12 participants
