URBANA-CHAMPAIGN'S LONGER TERM GOAL IS TO EXPAND THE AVAILABILITY OF, AS WELL AS EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT, THE BENEFITS OF BROADBAND INTERNET.
