This corporation i organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, more specifically to provide humane sheltere, care and treatment for all animals in the Northern Neck. The area of Lancaster County and surrounding counties generally comprise the Northern Neck.Lancova Partners for Pets, Inc. dba Northern Neck Partners for Pets completed Phase I of its development in June 2022. It recognized the value of the Pavilion and infrastructure at a total cost of $779,892 on its books for 2022. Taxpayer incurred the costs in 2022 and 2021. Of the total building progress costs of $283,730 spent in 2022, $280,690 was spent on the Pavilion.Completion of the Fricke Pavilion represents phase one of building out NNPPs 35.8-acre property at 790 Devils Bottom Road in Lancaster. Phase two will be construction of NNPPs no-kill animal shelter and adoption center to serve the four counties of the Northern Neck. Phase Two will be a downsized version of the planned shelter footprint and Phase 3 will expand the shelter as support improves. The Fricke Pavilion, named in the memory of animal lovers Col. Garfield Fricke, USAF, and Mrs. Andrea Fricke, will hold NNPP fundraising events and activities that benefit the community.In 2022 taxpayer engaged The Monument Group to help with the fundraising for the next two phases. The consultants are helping to identify and communicate with potential donors and supporters who share in the vision of compassionate care for animals.
