We launched a youth-based Camden Society of Filmmakers club to engage young artists in creative storytelling through film, with the youth first assignment being a three-part episode docu-drama called Town Hall Resolution 50, The Series continues the dialogue around environmental racism and its impacts on communities of color. Additionally, we debuted the Greater Camden Area Artist Fund to provide direct assistance mini-grants to BIPOC artists who are making meaningful contributions to the arts and culture community of Camden and who were impacted by a loss of revenue due to COVID-19. We provided grants with awards to artists.
