The Accompaniment Program is the only program in Philadelphia that fosters long-term relationships between allied congregations and immigrant families to create transformational relationships and a strong faith-based network that participates in NSMs activities. Education, with leadership development at its core, provides members of our community with tools to effectively organize for a more welcoming city and country. Using experiential education, we build on the wisdon and skills of our community by offering workships on public speaking, facilitation, campaign strategy, team building, and leadership styles. Participants immediately apply the trainings in the campaigns of NSM. Many graduates have also continued in leadership roles within NSM as board or staff members. Education also includes know your rights workshops and presentations on current issues.
