Civic Engagement-Nonpartisan education and outreach to community members about how to vote, levels of government, and ways to make changes in their communities. GOTV-A civic engagement effect leading up to Election Day specifically focused on turning out the vote via community outreach (canvasing, phone calls, messaging, transportation to polls, etc.).
