Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is partnering with parents to educate students in Bible knowledge and in a Christian worldview, to develop understanding in evangelical Christian values and principles, to train students in moral character, to provide quality academic education in knowledge and understanding, and to promote service to God and others. The purpose of SCA is to provide educational services, namely, providing kindergarten through 12th grade (K-12) classroom instruction.Summit Christian Academy served 108 students in grades K-12. Majority of SCA students are in the elementary grades: 82 students are in grades K-5; Junior High 18 students in grades 6-8; High School 8 students in grades 9-12. Summit Christian Academy is committed to equipping students to think well, learn fast, and apply Christian values in daily life. School Events for the school year included:Art Contest, Soccer/Volleyball/Basketball tournaments, Raise-A-Thon Fundraiser, Grandparents Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Coin Challenge Fundraiser, Veterans Day Program, Speech Meet, Track and Field Day, Annual Banquet Fundraiser, SCA Fun Day, Friendship Day, Gods Given Talent, Iowa Testing, SCA Spirit Days, Quarterly Award Assembly, Teacher Appreciation Day and National Day of Prayer.
