Yearlong Activism and Community Building - Throughout the year Better Health, Better Life holds smaller events including food tastings, cooking demos, panels, interviews, and livestreams, virtual happy hours, tabling at events, support groups. and publishing helpful articles and guides. This year those included a popular Plant-based Food Tasting, National Egg(less) month, virtual vegan happy hours, support groups, bi-weekly newsletters, recipe ebooks, a virtual holiday celebration, and more. The events engaged tens of thousands of participants in our community over the course of the year.
