CONDUCT PUBLIC CAMPAIGNS OR PRIVATE SOLICITATION FOR CASH CONTRIBUTIONS AND FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ART BY GIFT OR DEVISE. 5. OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE CORPORATION AS A PUBLIC CHARITABLE INSTITUTION, ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY NOT FOR-PROFIT AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND ART RELATED EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
