Ayllu Hogar (Community, Home) Program: Our services supported families who suspect developmental delay in their child, have received a recent disability diagnosis, or experience debilitating health conditions affecting the child's quality of life. Our services are offered in Spanish and English and are culturally adapted for the Latino community. Our services included: connection with early intervention centers (0-3 years old, support with transition into the school system, support navigating the medical system, support navigating the special education system, help families understand their rights in the education system, support positive relationships and strengthen connection with their children, help build support systems around family values and cultural context, connect families with Washington State DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration), and connections with other families in the community.

Manos Unidas International provides the Life Skills & Community Program, delivering individualized, direct support to children, youth, and young adults (ages 4+) with developmental disabilities who are eligible for DDA services in King and Snohomish Counties, Washington. The program focuses on building independence through adaptive daily living skills, safety awareness and self-advocacy, social communication, and problem-solving for everyday challenges. Services are delivered in-home and in community-based settings to promote real-world application, with goals co-developed with participants and their families to ensure relevance and cultural responsiveness. Services are typically provided over a 90-day period, 1-3 hours per week.
