WE BELIEVE THAT THROUGH THESE ENDEAVORS, OUR PATIENTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO A HIGH-QUALITY INTEGRATED COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM.
