FAMILY SERVICES:THE SUDC FOUNDATION SERVES THOSE AFFECTED BY SUDC BY PROVIDING PERSONALIZED CARE AND CULTIVATING A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT FOR BEREAVED FAMILIES SO NO ONE GRIEVES ALONE. THE SUDC FOUNDATION ALSO ENSURES THAT FAMILIES RECEIVE A COMPREHENSIVE, EQUITABLE, AND STANDARDIZED DEATH INVESTIGATION FOR THEIR CHILD. THE SUDC FOUNDATION PROVIDES THESE SERVICES AT NO COST TO THE PEOPLE IT SERVES. IN 2025, WE SERVED AN UPWARD OF 2,200 FAMILIES INCLUDING 252 VOLUNTEERS IN 48 U.S. STATES AND 25 COUNTRIES.
