Facilitation of alumni player fundraising to benefit international partners in the field of Sport for Development & Peace. Players on each trip work together as group and with the local partner to develop an "Impact Plan," which is a specific way to support that partner after the trip. Most impact plans take the form of fundraising for a specific project identified by the partner. Note: not all funds raised are paid out to partners in same fiscal year.
