Riverside County Training Institute

The Riverside County Training Institute, Inc. (RCTI) is a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and Family Child Care Home Consortia, designed to foster the development of early childhood professionals nationwide. RCTI welcomes everyone, regardless of age, race, sex, faith, ethnicity, ability or religion. At RCTI, we are dedicated to establishing partnerships with family childcare professionals in an effort to provide education and support to promote high quality family childcare and preschool services in licensed family childcare homes, to raise the level of professionalism in the field of Early Childhood, to improve the quality of environments in family childcare homes, and to provide accessibility to high quality, comprehensive services for low income infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. Riverside County Training Institute, Inc. (RCTI) is a public entity that will provide funding to family childcare businesses in an effort to ensure that the young children served will receive the services they need to establish a strong foundation for future development. RCTI will offer a Mentor Programs for new and/or experienced child care professionals to raise the level of knowledge and professionalism in the field. RCTI will also offer a train the trainers Leadership Alliance Summit in an effort to build leadership capacity amongst early childcare teachers. Pre-service training, in-service training and technical assistance will be directed toward improving the ability of staff, partnership sites and volunteers to deliver services required by the agencys regulations and policies. Riverside County Training Institute will develop and implement an annual training plan based on identified training priorities.
