VALLEY BAPTIST FOUNDATION, AS PART OF VALLEY BAPTIST HEALTH SYSTEM, BECAME A GRANT-MAKING FOUNDATION WITH THE SALE OF VBHS TO A FOR-PROFIT ENTITY. TO RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM THE REORGANIZED VALLEY BAPTIST LEGACY FOUNDATION (AND OTHER FOUNDATIONS AND DONORS), WE ARE ORGANIZING OUR PROJECT AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION.
